New Members must follow a specific 4 step path to begin the process to be considered for admission to Synergy.
Step 1: Please read the:
Synergy Charter
General Rules & Policies
Raiding Information & Policies
Step 2: If you agree with what you read and are interested in pursuing the possibility of membership, please register on these forums. You MUST check your e-mail after registering to validate your account. Please see this post for more details.
Step 3: Sign our Membership Agreement, stating that you have throughly read and agree to all 3 posts listed in Step 1.
Step 4: Fill out and post an application.
Now what happens?
You be contacted as soon as possible by Personal Message on this forum by someone from our Leadership Team to set up a time to chat in more depth about the guild.
New initiates remain in the guild on a two week trial period (the two-weeks is merely a 'rule of thumb' and may be extended if we feel we have not gotten to know you well enough during that time). While you are a 'Trial Member', the members of Synergy will be instancing with you as much as possible and getting to know you to verify that you are a good fit for the guild.
At the end of the trial period, if it seems like you are a beneficial addition to Synergy, you will be promoted to a full-fledged member.
If at the end of that time the fit does not seem right, you will be dropped from the guild. This does NOT in any way mean that you cannot spend time with members. It does NOT mean there's anything wrong with you. It is simply that Synergy is a very specific type of guild and members must be the right fit for it to work.
Once you are a full member you will also be given access to the 'members only' area of these forums and the guild bank.
