Welcome to Synergy!
The backbone of Synergy is that we work together as a team, working together on both raid and non-raid content, helping each other so that we are all experiencing the trials and triumphs of the guild together.

Synergy as a Team
Synergy is light on rules and heavy on communication and respect. We believe that right group of people working together can both progress and have fun. In the process of looking for new members we look for people with the right attitude first. Our members want to work as a team to decide the best way to do things that works for us. Therefore, and in the best interest of creating a team that works well together, Synergy is not interested in guilding alt characters only, we feel that if you can not dedicate your main to the guild, you can not contribute to the team in the way we are looking for.

We value progress. Synergy's progress is based upon the contributions of time and effort from its members. Members are expected to help the guild as a whole, and not just for their own interests. Synergy's most dedicated raiders strive in return to make sure that all of our members have the opportunity to experience end-game content that wish to.

We work together. Whether it's in questing, 5-mans, or 25-mans, Synergy is dedicated to folks helping one another out to complete content. We expect everyone in the guild to pull their weight... not by just being personally the best each can be... but by putting in effort to aid others in being the best they can be.

We don't DO drama. Synergy does not believe that social histrionics and personal conflicts are inevitable parts of a raiding guild. We expect everyone to work together to resolve any issues with maturity and open communication and to treat one another with respect at all times.

We believe loot is a means to an end, not the goal. Our loot philosophy is based on distribution for guild progress, not for individual gain.

The Heart of Synergy
We hold firm to the belief that the joy of success is best tasted with the tools of trial and error and the pain of failure. Synergy will almost certainly never be first to complete content... but we will complete it on OUR terms, and when we are done, we will all have the experience of having solved a problem, beaten a boss, gained some experience... and having shared it with our friends.
